My holidays Oct 07 - East Coast Canada pt 2

..... my holidays continued ..... Welcome to Old Quebec City walking the streets with Kel lower to upper streets wall murals around Halloween time with the colours of a Canadian autumn. The old city fortifications.

Looking from inside the walls out to the rest of the city.

A picnic with Kel, Josh and Irene on the lawns outside the old city walls. A girls night with Fabiana (with cake boys from another table bought us - it didn't help thier cause!). Interesting take - from a French Canadians point of view presumably. The majestic train/bus station, leaving Quebec city, going to .... .... my last stop of these holidays, MONTREAL. Our massive margharitas on the first night there Then lost the next day in the underground network (where everything was closed for the weekend and all we wanted was a coffee!) Kel and Josh tried this tandem bike for about...... 1min. Far enough to get down the road, side swipe an orange road marker, nearly get cleaned up by a car that had to stop for them and then ride it into the gutter. It was entertaining for me; they swapped to separate bikes after that. Then we rode up Mount Royal, overlooking Montreal The view from the lookout Walking Mount Royal park with Fabi 3 fat ladies around the streets of Montreal - Josh and my favourite piece of artwork Hanging out in my cool hostel before Halloween night Halloween The Halloween street parade This pic was about 2am; Kel being a library nerd in the pub after 'borrowing' some glasses of a random Quebecer! Fabi in the background. All I can say about Halloween is that Canadians sure know how to this partay well!
